Boulder Municipalization Rally - Boulder,Co - 4/17/17

Supporters of Boulder's public power effort rallied to urge the City Council to "stay the course" and continue the city's fight with Xcel over municipalization. Later in the evening, the Council voted 6-3 to move ahead with the effort.
